today had training.did PT and then ran 4km.hai....muz reali work on my speed and breathing...but tpday fann din come,so i felt bored la...no one tok crap lor.i wonder how's chuan min leh...din turn up for 3 trianings le...called her and she say she sick lah...so,hope that she recover soon...anyway,chrislyn jade n i went home lor....ning and pei went to arcade....haha,muz ask ning to treat me to play the arcade in je...then went to buy own lunch lor...sian....hope my maid and sis some back soon so got ppl cook for me and sis can play wif me mini basketball n soccer mah....if not hor,very bored leh,at home either com,tv,slp or books!!!wad the hell lor...then read da vinci code....wow,have to say dan brown is a good writer lor....gtg,nothing more to say....
