today had training.ran a 4km route after the usual warm up and drills.also had a meeting today about the oddesy of the mind.meet for abt 30mins then go off le lor.so sian.....getting nowhere lor...very pissed off at the project la....would rather withdraw from it.anyway,mr tan say fri got time trial at macritchie.the gals go 3.2km while the guys do 4.8km.haiz....a bit worried for it la....cuz he say it will be a basis for them to judge us and determine whether can take part in next year's nationals sch....ya,so muz give it my best lor...had laksa for lunch today.supposed to go for facial at adelphi wan,but then the person was not free at the last minute la,so appointment changed to tmr lor.aiya,better still,today come back damn tired liao.slept for abt 1 hour.then that ningxin called me on my hp n woke me up from dreamland...hai...nvm la....she's like tat wan. :) so,until here for today.bye ppl!!!
