yoyo!today went to the ''new sch" to have a class wif mr lee.haha,the seniors and juniors were present and mr lee talked abt goal setting and more stuffs like mental skill thingy lar.to b honest,it's quite boring but i noe lar,it's for own gd rite...yeah yeah...then me,karen,chuan min stayed back for abt 30 mins to do the math project lor,statistics poster.sian lar,then having another meeting on fri which is new year's eve lor...hai...wad to do...anyway,chrislyn was like drawing and eating thruout the class and i was telling her to stop eating and she ap me....:(..haha...then we set our goals as a team lar,we wrote on a piece of paper but the paper got vandalized in the end by me,pei shi,ningxin(of cuz)and chrislyn.haha.then went to canteen to buy food and the rest were deciding where to go and eat lar,finally they went to westmall...yeah,i din go cuz there is lunch at home le mah...then ningxin say i always dun follow them wan,but wad to do lar...yeah,so came back and again,did the same old usual lame stuffs.oh ya,and i started hydrating myself cuz there is a time trial on friday lor.and mr lee say dun worry lar...but there is bound to have ppl like me worrying wan rite.oh ya,mr lee also mentioned some world class runners who have freaking gd timings lor...aiyah,dun wan write liao lar...byebye....

today actually dun wanna go to adp play badminton wan.but,aiyah,since told aimin n fiona wanna go then go lor,if not they angry...:)yeah,so played doubles and single...cant believe it,i lost to my junior!wa lao,he pro lar,or i lan lar.then doubled wif fiona n played against the p5 double boy's team,haha,and we won...yeah....i noe expected rite....yeah then treated aimin to bubble tea from the overhead bridge while seeing fiona off to the mrt station lar.she went to watch movie wif her frens....haha...only gal lor...so ke lian...she ask me go wif her but i dun wan lar,so xtra lor...all anderson ppl only i rv wan...yeah,so din follow lar.then came home and watched mvp while sipping my bubble tea...haha...sho nice...then came up and use the com and wrote this entry while downloading a few songs,like she bangs(william hung) and objection(maia)..haha...yeah...so funny...n i m gonna dl more songs...haha....wanna end this entry le lar....happy holidays everybody!

yeah...finally update my blog liao....today read my timetable on the RVHS edulearn and found out that i had pei shi's fav teacher as my math teacher!!!sian.....but luckily i have mdm tia as my chi teacher...and lee choi yeok as my sci teacher...yeah....so that is sth to b happy abt....walao...but i still dun quite like to accept the fact that mr tong is my math t lor...hai...accept ba....but i wan sir to b my hist t but ms vj is gonna b my hist t lor.hai,nvm lar,vj quite gd also,altho too strict wif the markings.anyway,today had traning at clementi stadium n last minute after cool down,mr teo then tell us dun need go back clean the block liao,so happi!then we went to je to eat instant noodles frm 7-11...haha...yeah,tom yam flavour rocks man....rite NING ning?*i-pod mini!*haha...then came back and took a nap....then came up play com after dinner n saw the horrible news on edulearn...sian....6 more days to sch reopen!!!and then can c my juniors liao!!!haha....ok,gtg....bybye!!!

today met some fucking ppl who pissed me off reali hard. wanna give them a huge punch but i noe i cant do tat lar.nvm,today was the worst christmas eve i ever had lor,those fucking ppl reali made me angry,i shall not go thru wad happened but i almost cried lor!what the hell man,something unfair happpened to me lar,and tmr i will shout at them lor.they din even care abt my feelings and jus arranged everything for me just like tat,blood suckers!!!what the fuck man....i am reali angry now typing this entry ok?!i'm too pissed and i shall not carry on,bb folks....

so today i went to orchard wif my cousin and sis n fren.we walked for abt 3 to 4 hours b4 going to wisma atria to eat macdonald's.and then i went home 1st cuz it was so boring over there.the things all ex ex wan lor,and i only had like $40 plus wif me,and the damn sis of mine bought another shorts,so wuliao lor.it's not like she dun have shorts rite,so idiotic.anyway,wanted to meet my mom at taka wan,but then she went too late and so i went home 1st.din buy anything and i wished i din go lor,i think window shopping will b the last thing on my wishing list lar,it's so damn stupid and lame.ok,so i came back and watched xi lin men,luckily i came back jus in time to watch.and then tmr gonna have trainin in sch.oh ya,today the pri 6s who got into my sch went there for registeration lar,but i din go cuz i went to orchard,and i din wan to wake up so early to go.ok,nothing better to say liao.oh,and this is my 1st entry after changing my blogskin,and i think there is some prob wif it lar,but lazy to go n check it out.anyway,give some comments at the owlery post hor!and in advance:MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!

ok...so today had training at macritchie and ran 8.3km.then i was telling fann that my blog's entries all the same wan.ya,and to those who r reading this entry,i'm so sorry that i have nothing better to write about lar.reali,cuz my life is so boring that i myself cant even believe it lor.anyway,back to the topic lar.today after training then did the cool down and stuffs.after that went to buy a can of 100-plus wif my cashcard.last time i tried using it but then cant work lor,now this time can work so happy dun need use coins cuz coins r heavy.then went to je wif chuan min,joanna and ning ning.and i told ning and jo some blonde jokes which were quite lame but funny lar.then dunno y we started talking abt pets lar,and chuan min was like saying she has a dog and ning n i n jo were like,HUH?!YOU HAVE A DOG?ya,and chuan min expected it lor.haha.anyway,i lied to them i had 2 goldfish lar,one named ning and the other named xin.haha,lame rite i noe.and ningxin was like WALAO,U ASSHOLE.haha...:)and we were cursing each other all the way to je,saying each other is an asshole without a hole,haha.ya,then chuan min went to arcade and play lar,while the rest of us went to meet for oddesey of the mind.so sian,but our wan almost finish liao lar,so that is sth to encourage us.and me n ningxin were like crapping a lot lor...haha...ok,gtg now,bye folks!and TAG AT MY TAGGY BOARDY PLS!!! ok...today actually wanna wake up at 10 plus wan,but then i woke up at 8.then i went to my pri sch to join in the badminton training.then played 3 double matches and 2 singles matches...haha.then the senior boys go play lar,fiona thia din go and i was veri lonely lor.only aimin go and she dun wan to accompany me go mrt station buy lunch,she wanna rush home for her mvp show at 11am...then went home and ate lunch lar.then tmr gonna have training at macritchie again,long run again,sian...anyway,today din do many things,did the usual lor.today my maid come back le!so happy lar.anyway,dun have anything to write liao,so byebye!!!

ok...so today not much crap to tok abt lar.anyway,i went to training today at clementi stadium.den warmed up for 2km,then did drills.after that did the intervals,which was like 3 mins for each set.and altogether we did 5 sets.walao,tiring seah.and then borrowed $1 from fann to buy drink at the vending machine but the stupid thing ate the coin and then leena had to help me bang the machine lor.i wanted ice lemon tea but then leena pressed every button and onli pepsi twist worked,so i had to drink pepsi which was not intended.anyway,thanks leena for helping me!
ya,so went to je wif the usual peeps but went home instead.on the way home,read digital fortress in the train as there was nothing better to do in the train.then went home lor.and then i watched mean girls for the 11th time wif my sis and fren frm malaysia.i can memorise the whole script lor(jus exaggerating lar,but can memorise some lines,reali!).
yeah,then came upstairs to write this entry while chatting wif chrislyn.anyway,i'm happi today cuz my maid coming back tmr and no more chores for amanda!wonderful rite...yeah,then did the usual stuffs lor,like watchin tv,playing the com and reading digital fortress which is reali a marvellous book lar...ok,gtg now..bb!!!

today went to training in turf city.ran a dist of 3.7 km then went to do hill-work lor.ran up the hill for 4 times and the sec 1 gals were like screaming....haha...me included.then the others went to eat while i went home by free shuttle bus to ang mo kio.walao,i tot the bus not goin ang mo kio lor,gt i was engrossed in my book and din realise which bus(toa payoh or ang mo kio) i hopped on to.luckily,i got on the right bus.then went home after going to the minimart to buy some snacks cuz my stomach was rumbling.then the day goes on as usual....bored sia....but later maybe go cuzway point buy converse sneakers la.also dunno got go a not...hai...i reali wan a pair of sneakers lor.i sacrificed the $$ for roller blades for sneakers lor....so...yeah...like tat lar....today nothing much to tok abt....anyway,remember to tag at my tagboard!!!*anyway,tell me if the blonde joke was funny*

ok...my frens say i din update my blog so here i m....today had training at macritchie...the filthy place again lar.so,as usual,the B boys ran more than the rest of us.they ran 9.9 km and we ran 8.3km lar.so we ran the boys' route and girls' route once lor.and after the run i was tired lar(obviously!) but not as tired as usual.walao,then when i went for the gals route,mr lee was like running bside me lor.felt pressurized but had to CLIMB the slope,not run.and the funny thing was the way he started the conversation when we were running in the woods.he said"today hot hor?"i was like laughing in my heart lor,can't possibly laugh out loud rite.then when i finished the 8.3km,i told ningxin and fann lor.haha,they was like chuckling away.ya,then did stretching.after that i went home straight away.actually wanted to go play badminton in my sister's sch wan lor,but then my pri sch frens all not there so go there veri bored lar.in the end i went to buy lunch and then went home.yeah...later on going to queensway there buy uniforms and then go orchard buy some stuffs.i wan a pair of sneakers lor...hai....dunno when can get it...and i reali wan pan wei bo cd for x'mas....wish that santa claus will gimme...haha,lame rite...jus joking rite...anyway,here is a blonde joke for everyone hu reads this entry. why does a blonde go to the roof of a bar to drink beer?cuz the bartender says the drinks were on the house....:)

i wrote this blog after doing the chores at home.*sigh*,still got another week b4 my maid come back lor.so i still have another week's chores to do lar.anyway,today jus went to the holding sch for this stupid dental checkup lor.all the way go to commonwealth for like 20mins then came back home.ya,so yesterday like 11pm came back frm Genting.walao,stayed in the shopping centre and in the hotel and din go to play cuz got the flu lar.anyway,the weather was bad lor,din get to play the outdoor theme park too.sian diao lor,reali leh.den left Genting at 4pm like that and then came back to singapore lor.halfway thru i ate KFC at this stop-over point lar.oh ya,and i watched Alexander in Genting.watched wif my buddy and sis.altho here in singapore is m18,i still can watch there la,i also dunno y.anyway,it was nice lor.colin farrell was a gd actor lar,and i liked the way he portrayed Alexander in the movie.haha.and my buddy told me that the greek lawyers wanna sue the producer for portraying Alexander as a gay in the movie.he was gay wif this guy called Hephastion,and i dunno whether there is such person in Alexander's time lar.so,hu noes?ok....i wanna go eat lunch liao....bb!!!

yeah....so today din go to training cuz i came down wif flu lor.and then i think i won't b able to enjoy in Genting larx...hai....let's hope that i will get well soon*now everyone pray for me*haha...jus kidding lah...anyway the team went to turf city to train today lor,then they ran their respective routes.i was like guilty lor....the others trained while i slacked at home...haiz...nvm lah,shall put more effort into training for the rest of the month.i'm hoping for school to reopen now,cuz i am damn bored at home wif nothing to do except to stare at this monitor i'm staring at now for like the quarter of the day...so i'm gonna read some books and if i will and if i can,will read my texbooks for sec 2 lah.but i think i won't lar...cuz i'm such a slacker who doesn't do stuffs all day...ANYWAY,my mom cooked seafood soup today.went to the park downstairs in the evening.my sis roller bladed while i cycled.haiz...i want a roller blade so much lor,my mom was like urging me to buy if i reali wan.but come to think of it,i buy also use a few times then put it aside and now they can cost up to 100 bucks for 1 pair...so i'm telling my mom to save the money to upgrade my hp next year cuz i reali wan a new handphone....

ya....today went to training in school...like i said in my previous entry,doin core strength is damn tough lor...hai....hate core strength....anyway,my maid coming back on tue or wed,so i can stop doing the household chores le lor,if not every day do v sian n tired...ya...so i'm going to genting on sunday and will come back on mon night which means that i have to skip training...ya...so i guess i have to train harder on wed training to make up for wad i skipped lah...anyway,i'm looking forward to the holiday in genting(pathetic rite but nvm) lor cuz at least i can go out for some fresh air wad...going wif my family and my buddy's family too.n my cousins also coming on monday...so i have to entertain them lor...sian and fun....ya...tmr got training in macritchie...doing 3.7km and then hill work...dunno wads hill work...sian lah...hai..anyway,i dunno wad to write liao....signing off as SLY's ULTIMate FAn...haha!!!

today went to pasir ris park wif my pri sch frens...then went roller blading wif frens too....then my form teacher mr chow also got go wif us.wa lao,from admiralty go there took like 1 hr and 30 mins lor.first took 969 to tampines then take train to pasir ris then take bus 403 to the park...haha.then we bladed and cycled for abt 2 hours then went to the back of the rental shop to have a drink.wa,mr chow treated us lor.can save money.haha.then actually eileen and fiona sng wanna go shop and walk ard wan but others say tired and moreover white sands and tampines mall like shit like that lor....no place to go and walk wan wad.yeah....then went back home and reached home at like 4.4opm like that....so tired.haha.useless rite...roller bladed for abt 2 hrs then tired...haha.then tmr have training in sch....core strength.....i exercise i hated most lor.would rather do long run at pandan.haha.yeah...so nothing to say liao.signing off as THE SUPER SLY FAN...

today went to training at macritchie.then ran a long run, which is like 8km...yeah.ran the gals route once and then the boys route once also.wah,i was tired and thirsty when i finished the run.but at least got a sense of satisfaction wad.this is a gd thing to encourage me to train harder for next year's nationals(if i can get into the team lah).then went home wif janice while the others went to junction 8 to eat lor.ya,then looking forward to tmr pri sch class outing in pasir ris park.haha.form teacher also going.then will b c-ing some old frens.so today i spent my time reading cuz i was bored lor.yeah,read the 3rd dan brown book.it was so interesting lor.read in the car and train and at home.haha,i muz finish reading it fast lah,cuz it''s kailun's wan mah....haha.then after this book,i will b moving on to digital fortress,then i will have finished all of dan brown's books.of cuz,i watched tv and used the com.watched a vcd.so funny lor.haha.anyway,to those who haven watched mean girls,go watch it.it toks abt sch life and love life.main character is lindsay lohan who turned bitchy after mixing wif some frens....u all muz watch hor!!!ok,bb....

yeah,today went to commonwealth sec sch for this sports semimar with karen chuan min jing jie and kah lok.then we went to the seminar room and the boring talk began.there were altogether 3 guys talking to us lor.then our break was delayed by 30mins lor.then went home while the others went to west mall to eat lunch.then went to cineleisure wif my sis and buddy,rachel.watched the incredibles and thought it was so funny.haha...then went to eat dinner.ok,and today went out for like the whole day lor.went home liao then so tired.tmr playing badminton in my pri sch,admiralty pri sch.haha.btw,karen mistook abt my home.she tot i live in yew tee.and today nx comes back frm china!!!haha.then wed goin macritchie to train.tot wed is core strength???dunno lah.and i will b missing 2 track sessions lor.1st is today,and then 13dec.i'm going to Genting on sunday.haha.goin wif my sis n rachel,once again.:)haha...ok lah,wanna go do other things liao.byebye!!!

today went to training in sch.ran a 3km and then rested.then took bus 30 wif desmy,mel,nge hwee n 7 sec 1 gals to sentosa.walao,went there to help out in this church camp.sec 1s handled the little kids from ages 3 to 6.walao,some ap us lor.one of them still scold emily shut up ass leh....walao....then played games wif them n help them.went to walk the dragon trail lor.so long and sian lor.almost dehydrated there,somemore tmr got long run...anyway,i noe this boy,4 years old,called shun yong.he is so cute lor.ps,fann n i were like keep clinging onto him lor.haha.then went back to tanjong beach and cleard the litters n mess.when emily me n ps reached there,we saw the guys n some gals playing water bomb.they threw the water bomb at each other and many of them got wet....haha,luckily i went late.anyway,we earned CIP hours for this activity lor.that's an encouragement for us when we in sentosa.then they went for dinner in harbour front centre but i din go cuz i damn tired n wanted to get home to rest and watch xi lin men ma.at least i caught 40 mins of the show.that was a feat.haha.then on the train home,i stood all the way lor....sian diao....n tmr have 7.3km run.long run again.hai....nvm la.gtg le....bb!!!

ok.....yesterday just watched the final showdown of singapore idol....taufik batisah got the title lor...anyway,sly din get very wasted lor.but i think he will make it big in the chinese market though....taufik is so handsome lor.but sly also not bad looking la.i like his songs.he has the charisma which attracts many gal gal la,includin me.haha.fann fann also support sly.ya,so tmr got trainin and have to go sentosa.but come back frm sentosa damn late liao lor.hai....dunno will miss xi lin men a not...hope not.n yeah,today was a bored day like usual.many ppl ask me y nvr update blog.cuz i lazy la.n today jus did dec jian bao.sian diao lor.went to eat mac wif sis for lunch also.then went to minimart to buy instant noodles for future use...haha....tan chi po hor?ok liao,until here le.fingers tired liao.bye!!!!
