today went to training at macritchie.then ran a long run, which is like 8km...yeah.ran the gals route once and then the boys route once also.wah,i was tired and thirsty when i finished the run.but at least got a sense of satisfaction wad.this is a gd thing to encourage me to train harder for next year's nationals(if i can get into the team lah).then went home wif janice while the others went to junction 8 to eat lor.ya,then looking forward to tmr pri sch class outing in pasir ris park.haha.form teacher also going.then will b c-ing some old frens.so today i spent my time reading cuz i was bored lor.yeah,read the 3rd dan brown book.it was so interesting lor.read in the car and train and at home.haha,i muz finish reading it fast lah,cuz it''s kailun's wan mah....haha.then after this book,i will b moving on to digital fortress,then i will have finished all of dan brown's books.of cuz,i watched tv and used the com.watched a vcd.so funny lor.haha.anyway,to those who haven watched mean girls,go watch it.it toks abt sch life and love life.main character is lindsay lohan who turned bitchy after mixing wif some frens....u all muz watch hor!!!ok,bb....
