today went to training in sch.ran a 3km and then rested.then took bus 30 wif desmy,mel,nge hwee n 7 sec 1 gals to sentosa.walao,went there to help out in this church camp.sec 1s handled the little kids from ages 3 to 6.walao,some ap us lor.one of them still scold emily shut up ass leh....walao....then played games wif them n help them.went to walk the dragon trail lor.so long and sian lor.almost dehydrated there,somemore tmr got long run...anyway,i noe this boy,4 years old,called shun yong.he is so cute lor.ps,fann n i were like keep clinging onto him lor.haha.then went back to tanjong beach and cleard the litters n mess.when emily me n ps reached there,we saw the guys n some gals playing water bomb.they threw the water bomb at each other and many of them got wet....haha,luckily i went late.anyway,we earned CIP hours for this activity lor.that's an encouragement for us when we in sentosa.then they went for dinner in harbour front centre but i din go cuz i damn tired n wanted to get home to rest and watch xi lin men ma.at least i caught 40 mins of the show.that was a feat.haha.then on the train home,i stood all the way lor....sian diao....n tmr have 7.3km run.long run again.hai....nvm la.gtg le....bb!!!
