today did 1 set of 1000m,4 sets of 500m,1 set of 1000m again.i improved for the last set of 1000m,compared to last time timings.hahas.happy abt this.ok lar,today not hot,so the sets were not as tough.thu doin 8 sets of 400m.wanna die liaos.hahas.anyway,this week is the hardest week ever lar,XCians...jia yous...tot i cant sustain for today's sets cuz missed 2 trgs liao lor.hahas.jian chi dao di u noe....yups...

can't reali describe how terrible i felt in sch today,to b specific,after swimming.was feeling rather hot than usual under the sun.so i was thinking abt wad mish told me yesterday abt she having a fever after plucking her teeth...guessed it went the same for me too bah...

regretted wanting to put braces on.mom kp comforting me that it will b better.six also told me that i will feel uncomfortable and painful for the first few weeks.hope it will b better.i damn scared leh...now aladi almost cant tahan liao lor...haiz...and i cant possibly back out of this braces thingy rite...anyway,felt comforted cuz this thing will end b4 my o levels...hahas.

then my buddy came to my hse today.played and study together lar.hahas.n i found out that i had an uncompleted hw,cl summary wksht.wtf lor...hais...and now i found out that my flooble chatterbox has got a prob...

mon sch reopen liao.tests and mid year coming up leh...hais...that means another term of studying and piaing for trg.nationals also coming up.a bit scared.hope will clinch the 1st team prize.

today had trg at queenstown.so hot lor.at first went out v early.tot other crossers will go early mah.then they did not lor.so i called ningCin and she say she at je lib wif leena,ps,fann and shaowen lar.so i decided to join them since it was damn early.

then saw them at 4th floor.lol.then they all so hardworking.looking at notes.hahas.then shaowen was studying physics i think.fann was looking at animal farm.hahas.anyway,ps yr handwriting damn nice.lol.

then leena n ps went to buy shirt lor.siao wan.almost late for trg lar.leena so ah soh lor.then gave her a nickname SAB.ningCin create wan.forgot wad it stands for liaos.

then did 6 sets of 400m.first 5 sets din reali go pia lar.stomach was acting up n i felt like puking.so piaed for e last set.did a 1.23 for the last set.piaed until v hard lar.but not consistent lor.hmm...muz work on that.

today was really a hot day.

hahas.today got wings race at turf city.after reach there then we did warm up and stuffs lar.not long later, the race began.

on the whole,we had a gd start cuz we were rite at the front.leena hope u r ok liaos.cheerios.then kept telling myself not to give up until the end but somehow the thought jus din stay long.

was happy wif the results and think that we stand a really gd chance in nationals. RVXC, let's jia you k?muz really beat schs and clinch the top team man.hahas.

and today i'm also happy cuz our team got 1st!!!!1st leh!!!so happy.everyone ran hard today and contributed greatly to this team achievement so let's b happy!

4)recieved progress results also.L1r5 got 11 which i think can b better.77.3%...ok lar,i m satisfied wif it lar,but i think i can do better n muz do better for the mid year.
