finished all my hw except for home econs which i plan to copy from chuan min tmr.hahas.reali cant think lar.was reading the yue fei article and found out that there are many words which i do not noe lor.checked the dict. lar!!!hahas.
ok.today was quite fun lar.no tong lesson,but got tia minn sim lesson lar.heck.tia minn sim say she worried abt 2F's oral exam.hahas.worried for mine too.tan say muz ask the teacher to let karen n i take 1st then go trg.come on man...abt 2 more weeks and we will rock and roll at nationals.scared.
23 april will officially stop cca.not to mention after nationals got 1 wk break.no cca!!!hahas.fitnes level will drop lar.but will train also lar.
today did 1 set of 1000m,4 sets of 500m,1 set of 1000m again.i improved for the last set of 1000m,compared to last time timings.hahas.happy abt this.ok lar,today not hot,so the sets were not as tough.thu doin 8 sets of 400m.wanna die liaos.hahas.anyway,this week is the hardest week ever lar,XCians...jia yous...tot i cant sustain for today's sets cuz missed 2 trgs liao lor.hahas.jian chi dao di u noe....yups...
