holidays are ending so soon.n i have to wait for another 5 months b4 holidays start again.oh well,guess there's more things awaiting me to do,more tests and exams to overcome.man...sometimes i get tired pia-ing for triple science.how i wish there's no pressure in studying.whatever la.

jus returned home from training.i love training today.cuz it's a bit slack.our workout was just 2 sets of 400,HARD la.but b4 that we did 4 rds ard lane 8 as warm up,and stretch,den drills.aiyah,drills sucks lor.den pandian told us that the 1st set was the trial for the 4 by 400m team.of cuz rite,upon hearing this,everyone pia-ed la.have to run 200m in 35 secs.in the end,i ran a 69.8 secs.haha.1st time running under 70secs.so i felt damn happy.i din noe i cud do it,until today.that's why i say,determination is the key to success!then aft that we went for water break.

walao eh.i din expect a 2nd set aft that la.then when we returned,i tot got workout some more.but he say 1 more 400m then that's all for the day.well,i was feeling shiok but tired la.so i did a 75secs for the 2nd set.wasn't consistent tho.

aft that i felt suaness in my thighs la.the feeling like aft run cross nationals like tat.but nats was more cham la.wobble here wobble there,walao eh.

then went off liao.went to buy drinks too.but the shop was closed.so went to vending machine to buy.then sat down and 'recollected memories' of sec 1 la.we(em,fann,me,chris,ps)tok abt how we jus joined athletics. den everyone shy shy,like chrisly.haha.last time many ppl use to call her christine den she shy shy dun dare correct ppl.but ah,now like wad like tat.haha...act cute not cute act chubby not chubby.haha.but honestly she quite cute la.

i dread mon.oh ya,jus found out that my geog teacher is the teacher is charge of athletics.man.
