today had training again...yeah,i'm now more confident of myself to do well.i'm determined to do well...

warm up 200m,600m,5 sets.luckily this time i don feel nauseous.haha.then stretch.den did baton passing for 4 by 400m.i partner leena ah soh...haha.i think we 2 make great partners,hor leena?anywAY,i realise that the passing zone is 20m.that day comp i din even noe got passing zone lor,so everyone stuck down there.pandian claims that we can cut off 4 secs from our total timing if we run properly when receiving the baton.he kp scolding scolding when we did baton passing lor.so sickening.but i think he's good.hahas.

then did workout.1200m,300m,jog(no la,leeena n i walked)2 laps,1200m again.the workout was fine.struggled during the 1200m...was expecting another 300m aft the 2nd 1200m,but then he said"ok,jog 2 laps and that's all for the day".i was damn happy.but we only walked 1 rd.haha.damn pathetic lor,chihua they all nvr come,den only leena n i run.sian la...
