ok...shall report on the results for 400m and the 4*4 relay.i did better in the relay,wif a timing of 70secs(according to cm,cuz she time...).for the 400m,i did a 73.59secs,which is ok lar.but obviously the relay is better lar.

so i went to woodlands library today wif my lil sis.cuz i was damn bored and did not find anything interesting to do.so the library was my only resort to kill boredom.borrowed 3 books,so will read them.

tmr wanna go to pri sch to join in the badminton trg.hahas.i noe tmr got track trg also,but heck la.dun play so hiong can liao.reali miss my pri sch frens.hahas.but won be able to go for e class gathering cuz i have dental appointment aft a lit meeting in sch...

anyway,the track wings was the 1st comp i went which is in e nite.so warm up tat time a bit weird.ran 10mins for warm up lar,then did stretchin n drills.was reali scared b4 the 400m,cuz my first time mah.yeah.so i slowed down at the 100m mark lar,reali cant take it.its damn torturous,like the whole world is gonna collapse on me...whoa!aft the comp i felt damn great,a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment overcame me.hahas.

as for the 4*4 relay,i was even more scared cuz it involved a team lor.scared let the team down mah...so i started in lane 3,cedar in lane 2,MGS lane 6 i think.yeah,so they wanted me to use a starting block,which i dunno how to la.so i jus keh keh use lor.and we ran without our spikes,very wad lor.tan din send it over b4 our comp.but still ok lar.reali felt like giving up at the 200m mark,heard the 1st cedar gal's panting so i was reali scared.like duh...
