nothing much happened this past few so called "holidays" lar.just that today went for training in clementi.guess what?none of the sec 1 boys came.i wonder is it they dunno or what lar...maybe they were not informed?
for warm up alone,i struggled to keep the pace lor.this shows that my fitness level has dropped like dunno what shit.haha.but i'm determined to get it back.today veru slack la.just did 3 sets of 400m.required timing was 1.45mins but we did like 1.38mins...haha...muz work damn hard for xc liao...cannot afford to slack anymore.for this week,we are training in sch on fri.maybe for the rest of the 4 weeks b4 cca stop for EOYs....omg...EOYs sucks.
yeah...actually was supposed to go adelphi DO SOMETHING today la.nx,fann,leena,em shud noe,haha=)but my mom pang seh me lor.say today cannot make it.anyway,em went to put her braces today!!!haha.gonna c her in agony tmr...or maybe not lar.

monday was ok...and we had pe.monday's pe was alright.but not for wed.i will not mention everything.jus the bad guys.ya,cat yeow and anna loh were ap-ing us la.the dance that we were supposed to do is stupid and stupid.yes,stupid.pe suppose to play games and SWEAT wan lor.not doing this kinda stupid and stupid dance.pissed us off.so we din dance properly la,so what?like we care.anyway, i think 2F is united.very united.so what we we are defiant?hu cares?cat yeow still say we lousy,to think she is OUR pe teacher.whatever.
yeah.had sc innvestiture rehearsals too.once on a hot day,the other on a cool day.quite ok la.but on that day hav to wear the suit.omg...XD
