DAY 1

alright.we arrived in perth at 2 plus in the afternoon.the team went to lake monger to take some pictures with the breathtaking scenery.it's really breathtaking,dun say i use the wrong word.yeah,den went to Commodore Hotel to check in before having dinner at a chinese restaurant down the street.the food there was quite OKAY lar,but my maid's food tastes much better :) after that,we went back to the hotel to wash up and stuffs before going for a debriefing by mrtan and mrteo downstairs.know what?we had training at 620am the next morning.

DAY 2

i couldn't sleep well the previous night,cuz i missed my mama too much liao.yeah,everyone starts calling me a mummy's girl when they heard about this.so i woke up at 530am to brush teeth and wash up before going to the lobby to assemble for training.we went to run at a park near the river.it was damn cold although i wore track pants and unicorn shirt.however,after running for about 15mins or so,i felt quite warm.we ran about 5km,if i'm not wrong.yeah,after that we went back to the hotel to bathe before going to the diner downstairs to have our breakfast.we checked out and took a 3 hours ride on the coach to busselton,geographe campsite.we bought food and cooked.chrislyn and i made marcoronie with corn soup.it was delicious!haha.that settled as lunch.we had a second round of training at 4pm with mrlee in the evening.we ran 5km again.so we did about 10km in a day!i know that's not as impressive as those in Sports School doing more than 10km a day,but still,i felt proud of myself.aiyah,but crap.sometimes long run also do about 10km what.i'm mad.yes yes yes,we cooked dinner and had a debrief again before going off to bed.
