DAY 7

ok.today was wednesday.we had training in the morning.so mrtan led the run-from the park all the way back to the hotel.he brought us to this super long flight of staircase(think 202 steps?)la.so,clearly that we had to make our way up right?B1(EMILY MARIE)and i held hands and went up tgt cuz i was really too weary and sian diao.yep!after that,we saw a b-e-a-utiful scenery at the so called 'summit'.then we made our way back to Commodore Hotel.chrislyn me emily and a few others went for breakfast first cuz we were really too famished.moreover,i didn't plan to bathe at the hotel cuz i didn't really sweat much.the breakfast was,as usual,delicious.i had noodles,which was unusually tasteless,orange juice and some other stuffs.after that,i went up the the room wif chrislyn to pack our luggage and stuffs.saw janice taking her luggage down and going for breakfast too.chrislyn went to bathe la,cuz she's a CLEAN girl.hahaha.den i went to B1's room to do SOMETHING la right.hahaha.yeah,aft that,we checked out at 8am and took the coach to the worm shed.it was a 1 hr plus plus ride i think.i slept soundly in the bus,only to be woken by chrislyn tay.the worm shed,a place where worms were bred and kept,was not counted as an interesting place for me.i didn't really enjoy it there cuz i was too bored.took some pictures of the powerpoint slideshow anyway.after the worm shed,we went on to the Orchard Glory Farm Resort(abbr. ogfr la.for convenience).i think we didn't go anywhere aft the worm shed.don't rmb much...ok.at ogfr,we went for our sumptious lunch,followed by a tour by the owner of the resort.he is a singaporean la.top lawyer i think.oh yes,i stayed in cabin 10 wif B1,esther,chihua,yi en and desmy.we were a fun grp!haha.the tour was okay la huh.fed animals and stuffs lor.aft that was TRAINING.yes.again.but didn't do much la,just 4 sets of hillwork,that's all.after that,we went back to the cabin to take a super short rest b4 proceeding to the hall for barbecue dinner.it was the best dinner i had in perth i tell u.super nice!esp the beef steak!hehe.then we had some games to bond the team tgt,one of them is CHARADES.omg,the thought of it just makes my laugh.*giggles*.anyway,mrlee came to the hall to talk to us abt goal setting for 2006,stuffs like increasing mileage and stuffs.said our bdiv team for next year would be a strong one.blah blah blah.actually intended to watch madagascar,budden too late liao.so didn't watch.instead,we went back to sleep cuz everyone was dead beat...yeah,so went back to kun(hokkien.haha)lor.
