today had training at gombak.did 5 sets of 400m and 1 set of 200m.ended at ard 10am.

went to adp to play badminton wif ex-classmates,namely fionathia,chunnweiii and wilsonnn.ok la.teamed up wif ft but lost in the end.yayaya,,my skills has gone chao rusty but i dun give a damn la.cuz now i RUN.hehe.

left the sch at ard 12pm.came home and had lunch.

i wanna watch movies but i'm broke!rahhh!!!!
