haven't been updating my blog for days.

today had a long run at macritchie.due to the blockage at the water-point(northern trail)cuz of some stupid landslide,we ran 2 boys' route which is = 9.6km.kaoz.i rather run the northern trail than today's route lor.today's route seemed tougher to run than the northern trail.i oso dunno y lar.just felt it that way.

ran with janice today :D she's my running buddy,tgt with B1!haha.but today B1 managed to keep up with the rest,which is a good thing!but she said she wanna run the northern trail with us next time.

anw,after the debrief and stuff,i followed the team to je where i thought i would have half and hour to lag b4 going to paragon for dental app. at 1230.training ended at 1015,and if i were to go paragon straight after that,i would be super early.worse still,there would be no one to lag with me.we took 52 to je.the ride lasted for a full 50 mins to 1 hr,but we talked to kill boredom.lol.chrislyn,janice,emily and i talked cock and stuffs la.

when we reached je,it was abt 1130 liao lor.was damn stupid to go je.i should have gone home to bathe,chg and go out.nvm.went to meet the rest and went orchard wif joanna.she was going home to novena.lol.

jo and i talked for the whole journey.we missed our stop at raffles place la.walao.hmm,shows that we were really engrossed in our conversation.rofl.anyway,we alighted at city hall,went upstairs,and took a train going towards the north south line.dental works called when i was at somerset.apparently,the nurse told me that my app. was at 1215,which was crap.i checked my app. card and told her that it was 1230(it was 1230 sth alr!haha.)then she told me that she told my mom that i could go at 1215,which my mom forgot to tell me.yada yada yada.once i alighted at orchard,i really ran to paragon.dunno y i felt super tired,and so i stopped and brisk walked for a while b4 starting to run again.reached dental works at 1240.chg colour(to red!:D)and went home.sian.

homework's piling up.the teachers are giving more and more as the days go by.now i know how michelle felt last year.
