i just read this in the papers and thought that it would be good to share:

Ready,steady,go
Here are some tips for beginners:
-Do not flap your arms about,or hold them rigid.
-Neck and shoulders should be relaxed, hands loose and arms bent 90 degrees at the elbows with forearms pointing straight.
-Avoid leaning forward from the waist but keep your hips forward slightly instead to help prevent lower back pain and think of each stride as a circular movement, rather than linear,to get yourself into a rhythmic pace.
-Breathing technique also needs to be learnt.Inhaling through your mouth will exacerbate breathlessness;instead breathe in through your nose and exhale for a count of 10 through your mouth to increase oxygen absorption efficiency.

above are some tips for athletes la.haha.i did this out of boredom and dunno what to blog about.

ciao.
