the past week was dominated by activities which tired me out in one way or another.however,there was pleasant news too.right.congrats to karen-president of the 28th council,joanna and jiamin-vice-presidents of the 28th council.i'm proud of them haha.and realise that 2 of them come from athletics.that's why i say rv athletics rocks.


anyway,fri had sec2 team building day.i have to say that this yr's one was definitely more boring than last yr's.west coast park is not as big as sentosa,moreover,when students moved from station to station,it was just a matter of 30 secs or less.the event didn't last the whole day,and the students had to go back to sch for cca afterwards.yes.that's abt it.the cheering competition for the sec2s was funny and attention-grabbing.for example,2g's cheer abt 'wayne wong wee boon!' was super funny.when they cheered at my station,i was laughing like shit.i was also wondering how mrwong will look like when he hears it.haha.finally,he was grinning from ear to ear.literally.haha.


oh.and ytd attented the 8-4 workshop.it was freaking cold in the drama studio la.regretted that i didn't bring a jacket.anw,our skit was damn funny.the teabreak was good.the lunch satisfied me.but i was thinking whether the instructor was pissed off a not.cuz most of us were not responding to her questions la.only a few ppl kept answering her questions.anw,we would have a follow-up workshop on 12aug.at first,it was scheduled at 10aug.but weichang brought up the point that common test starts on 11aug,and amaths and el on that day.so it was pushed back to 12aug.haha.


tues resuming cross trg.i'm determined to do my best for this final season of mine.

haven been updating frequently.anyway,ytd had dsa trial for the p6s.no really outstanding ones,at least no one like minzhang.only this boy who ran 68s for 400m and lay flat on the ground after crossing the finishing line.ok la.for a p6,68s was not bad.that's what i think la.they went for 150m,400m and long jump trial.i think none of them can jump well lor.hai.looks like we would have to wait till tuesday to look at the rest of the rv athletes-to-be.


went to je with janice,jade,chuanmin,jingjie and some sec 2 girls.emily and leena went to bugis.cuz sth on at je and went there lo.jj stayed until 4pm when the rest of us were going off.he extra la he.oh yes.he told me abt sec 1s and stuffs.hmmm.maybe we should really find some time to talk to them.it's nearing the end of the year and we dun wish to c them not producing results.please know what mr lee has been doing for all of us.the seniors dun want u all to destroy the legacy the previous rv athletes had left behind.we want u all to continue this trend.


i'm returning to cross trg liao.again,trg for next yr's nats cross will start soon and since it's my last yr next yr,i really wanna achieve sth b4 leaving rv.ya.and cuz next yr mz will be joining bdiv,i believe the bdiv boys will have a strong team.jj said this in chi "it's already our last year next year.so i wanna train hard for it.i think as long as we are willing to train,anything is possible,including winning sth."and know what?this is so very true.

the past week had been really hectic.speech day rehearsals took up fairly much of my time and caused me to reach home at like 730 plus plus.but i know this can't be compared to the rest of the ppl involved like the on-duties scs,the great performers,teachers-ic(ESP LsquareM),oh yes,and the nccs.i'm just so glad and relieved that speech day was over.and cuz of the rehearsal on fri,i missed the make-up pracs for chem and phy.but i managed to make up for phy AFTER speech day.woah.cool huh.chem prac will be rescheduled on tue cuz i have no cca.haha.mrtan allowed us to rest for 2 weeks but i think i'll train lightly with mrEUGlee!yesyes.


so after speech day ytd,i went for the buffet lunch provided by the sch.it was fantastic,or partly cuz i was super hungry that i nearly fainted.then jo and i went to look for mdmso to do our phy prac.actually is dun need do wan lor.can just calculate everything.but nvm.and oh yes,i took my amaths test in the morning at 730 la!damn early for me lor,cuz i was only supposed to reach at 830.the paper was fairly difficult.grr.and there's this freaking geog test tmr.mrchan expects us to score at least 22/25 can.wtf.and the test is only 35 mins.so i dun really expect many many qns.oh and it better be easy and within my ability to do it.oh haha.my bro just came back and he bought nuggets and fish-mcdippers for me!haha.


so after speech day,i went to je to meet my angelic ppl.i think ytd's meeting had the largest turnout.and i'm glad.we did many stuffs.like spraying cardboards.cutting them up and stuffs.and when everyone else left,naff phagy and i being jiang yi qi frens,waited for emily and ASSmin.and someone left this plank of board,tgt with some clips which ASSmin took home.she was pissed la.but we continued laughing at her.cuz it was damn toot can.HAHA.ok.but that couldn't be compared to my ugly plastic bag lor.shit.nvm.okok.i gtg.and next few weeks are SPA weeks.grr.

just returned from macs for dinner.ahah.damn full now.wtf can.an ant just crawled on the laptop screen.

as for me,i'm left with the stinking 1500m and 4by4 relay.ah,i have absolutely no hopes for 1500m cuz i didn't qualify last yr.with my present pace,i doubt i will be able to make it.but nvm,my hopes lies in the relay team.but even if we don't qualify for the finals,i would still be happy cuz i know all 4 of us will try our very best.MISHMANLEEJO is cool huh?haha.

i sian diao la.nats coming and i'm super scared can.esp for 3000m.1500m i'm alr prepared to run like shit.4 by 4 have hope.i hope to get into finals for 4 by 4.hehe.3000m i also hope to make it to finals but this yr is hard la.tmr will b the last trg b4 my 3000m race on thu.i'm freaking scared.


anw.sch's not bad.this week not much hw.but of cuz mus wait rite.the subsequent weeks would b torturous.
