today went to take class tee.not reali up to our expectations la.but we took it.anw,its nice la.


i sian diao la.nats coming and i'm super scared can.esp for 3000m.1500m i'm alr prepared to run like shit.4 by 4 have hope.i hope to get into finals for 4 by 4.hehe.3000m i also hope to make it to finals but this yr is hard la.tmr will b the last trg b4 my 3000m race on thu.i'm freaking scared.


anw.sch's not bad.this week not much hw.but of cuz mus wait rite.the subsequent weeks would b torturous.
