camp rocks.

went to sentosa on day1.had some teambuilding activities b4 going back to sch for our packed lunch.lunched/played in our grps.after lunch was serious goal setting.b'girls talked about our strengths/weaknesses/threats/opportunities available to improve ourselves.goal setting results:see my profile.we all know that's diffucult.but we're willing to try.we're willing to make sacrifices.we're willing to work as a team.we're willing to push.mrtan talked for quite some time.trg started at 430.i was super tired.couldn't kp my eyes open.jingjie didn't train that day cause he had a bad headache.so i coordinated the trg.was rather hiong.but felt satisfactory afterwards.the night was spent lagging/laughing at lirui's stupid jokes,actions/trying to make the tablet read dvds.grr.didn't manage to do that in the end.slept like 2am?couldn't sleep.oh.thanks mrtan for his supper!it was wonderful!

day2.mrlee/mrpandian gave talks.thanks fr their efforts!trg in the day/evening.hiong.but our evening trg was a lil disrupted.mdm lalitha told us to stop trg cause the mosquito-man was spraying those fumes which acc to her,was harmful for the body.ohwell.anw,the farewell was wonderful.slideshow almost made me tear but i didn't in the end.lol.chrislyn cried.and kao i almost also.wah.damn qiang.buffet was damn gd.night-trail after concert!omg.i made fun of many juniors.damn funny la.mrlee/mrtan also joined in.hardcore.haha.

day3.trg.breakfast.debrief then dismissal.sec3s went to je to eat.met the sec4s too.then we went home.tired and itchy all over.

i have to say that the camp was successful.at least i see the sec1 guys putting in effort in trg.they tried to kp up with jingjie and gang during warm-ups which i thought was rather well done on their part.but guys,pls realise that this is just the beginning.you guys have a looooooong way to go.so continue to jiayou and work hard!although mosquitoes bit my eye,arm,finger,hand,i still <3 the camp.athletics really rock.don't be surprised if you see me crying like shit next year when i leave this cca.and (although it's a lil early)juniors,i want a nice farewell!slideshow kp it okay ah,don't make me cry like shit ok.

gotta go for games mtg l8er in je.gonna meet pwee for lunch too.tmr's 5km timetrial and star awards!!!yay.that wld be a motivation for me during the race.
