sigh. what a christmas eve and christmas. totally missed out on all the fun.

ytd was christmas eve. supposed to go out with iron12! in the end, i got a bad headache and so cant go out. damn sian. maybe i was too tired out from the genting trip. came back from genting on 24/12, 12am. then slept at ard 145am? i dunno la. woke up at ard 9 plus. so i was still feeling ok, not that sick yet. so i went out. then when i reached yishun mrt station, smsed piangs and emily that i won't be going. so i turned back...zzz.

then i slept the whole day. from 1 plus all the way to 6 plus.seriously damn sian. lagged, stoned, watched tv until 10 plus then went to slp. didn't dare to sleep late alr.

this morn woke up, feeling better. but wasn't feeling my best the whole day. had blocked nose since afternoon. just ate some medicine. so going to sleep soon. ARGH WHAT A CHRISTMAS/CHRISTMAS EVE!

i want another outing with iron12 leh. guessed my facebook says it all. missed out on so much. damn.

oh man, i'm starting to feel the drowsiness from the medicine my dad gave me just now.

haven been updating for long. cuz i was sick the whole of last last week. missed 3 trg. damn sian.

zzz.sch's starting soon! but before that, s18 chalet!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha. plus counting down with s18! looking forward to it.

going off to Genting tmr till tues. hahaha. roller coasters, Superman, and many other rides! yay.

and then wed, xmas eve, outing with IRON12! woots! any iron12 who reads this, pls tag or reply me if u have any buffet places in mind!

Here are some tips for athletes:
-Do not flap your arms about,or hold them rigid.
-Neck and shoulders should be relaxed,hands loose and arms bent 90 degrees at the elbows with forearms pointing straight.
-Avoid leaning forward from the waist but keep your hips forward slightly instead to help prevent lower back pain and think of each stride as a circular movement,rather than linear,to get yourself into a rhythmic pace.
-Breathing technique also needs to be learnt.Inhaling through your mouth will exacerbate breathlessness;instead breathe in through your nose and exhale for a count of 10 through your mouth to increase oxygen absorption efficiency.

training today again. started off with a 20min run, followed by running up the stairs, 20 push ups,20 sit ups, 1 pull up. haha but the girls cant do a freaking pull up, so we went back to our inclined pull up. hahaha. but i realised my arms are quite weak, that's why i always get a C or D for this station in NAPFA.

then did our usual drills. but i felt quite sick today. my vision blurred twice, so i asked coach whether i could rest for the 1st time. the 2nd time, i wasn't very willing to ask coach again so i just tahan for as long as i can. seriously, the sun at NJ is always so god damn hot. i dunno why. and i hate my shins' tans! argh. my tans are rather obvious.

then he wanted to see our hitting. haha. he re-taught us hitting and i would say i've learnt sth. tried with suen, and my hits turned out better than before. woots!

after trg ended, went to look for piangs at the touch rug area before going to hwa chong to eat. emily and leena joined us too. it was an enjoyable lunch! haven't been catching up with them for quite some time.

shall go sleep now. BURNT OUT.
