omg i think my fitness is like a piece of shit now. damn. what coach pandian said last time is really true. you take 3 months to build up your fitness, but just 3 days to lose it. what's more i didn't train for 2 weeks cuz i was sick. ugh.
and today's trg was all on possession and scoring. it's supposed to be slacker than normal trg and yet i felt quite tired. played off form. but i guess coach gave me allowance cuz he didn't scold me as much as the guys haha. everytime he asked me to play, he would ask if i am able to. haha maybe cuz he saw me use like tons of tissue. oh and thanks derek! for bringing me tissue from the grandstand.
came home and slept for almost 3 hours.
